The Fast, Simple Way to Save Streaming Website Video.

For some time I thought streamed online video (flv) could be downloaded easiest using one of the many Firefox Extensions and others such as VideoDownloader 2.0 from JaviMoya.com. In other words, I always thought I had to install something - Not so!
I was surprised that there are two even simpler ways anyone can save flv video files.
1) In your Firefox address bar, type:
about:cache
Then, under the title "Disk cache device" click "List Cache Entries". They may take time to list. After they are listed, save searching time by:
Pressing CTRL+F on your keyboard. When the little search window appears, simply type "flv" and press enter (on your keyboard). Now all flv videos will be available to you.
2) The second method is simply to surf to your /tmp folder in Ubuntu and again, all flv's will be available to you.
Why is this helpful? When I don't have an Internet connection, or the existing connection is too slow, I can still, view or show streamed videos!
